What is Jobportalix?
Jobportalix helps you search for jobs, build a resume (templates, guided editor, Resume AI), write cover letters, prepare for interviews, and track applications — all in one place. It also includes a recruiter platform for companies to post and manage job listings.
Is Jobportalix free?
You can start for free. Candidates have access to a free 7-day trial. Recruiters can register and publish one job listing per month for free. Premium plans are available for more features and visibility.
Does Jobportalix work on mobile?
Yes. The website is fully responsive and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Which languages are supported?
The interface is available in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Finnish, Czech, Polish, and Danish.
2) Job search and applications
How do I search for jobs?
Use keywords, location or country, and filter by job type and workplace (remote, hybrid, onsite).
Can I save jobs?
Yes, you can add jobs to favorites when you are signed in.
How do I apply to a job?
Click Apply. A resume is required; if you do not have one, you will be guided to create or upload one.
Can I track my applications?
Yes, your dashboard shows your applications and their status (submitted, viewed, shortlisted, interview, rejected, hired).
3) Resume creation
How do I create a resume?
Choose a template, use the guided wizard, or start with Resume AI. You can edit everything in the editor afterward.
Can I change template without losing my data?
Yes. Your content stays the same; only the design changes.
Can I add custom sections?
Yes, you can add extra sections to fit your profile.
Can I export my resume as PDF?
Yes, PDF export is available directly from the editor.
Can I keep multiple resume versions?
Yes, you can save multiple drafts and tailor them to each application.
Can I import an existing resume?
Yes. You can upload a PDF or DOCX to prefill your resume.
Can I add a photo?
Yes, you can upload and update a profile photo in your resume.
4) Cover letters
Do you provide cover letter templates?
Yes, you can browse cover letter templates and examples directly from the platform.
Can I generate a cover letter with AI?
Yes. AI cover letter generation is available from the cover letter editor.
Can I adapt a cover letter to a specific job?
Yes. Use a template as a base and tailor the text to the role or company.
5) Resume AI
What is Resume AI for?
Resume AI is a guided flow to start your resume faster from a PDF upload or a LinkedIn URL, then choose a template and edit.
Can I import from LinkedIn?
Yes, the flow includes a LinkedIn URL step; you still review and complete your resume in the editor.
6) Interview AI
What is Interview AI?
Interview AI generates likely interview questions based on a target role, and can also use your resume PDF for more personalized questions.
Do I need an account to use Interview AI?
Yes, you need to be signed in.
7) Candidate plans and billing
What plans are available for candidates?
- Free Trial — 0€ for 7 days, then 25€/month
- Pro Monthly — 25€/month
- Pro Quarterly — 20€/month (billed every 3 months — 60€)
- Pro Semi-Annual — 17€/month (billed every 6 months — 102€)
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard under Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Are refunds available?
No refunds are guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
Who processes payments?
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. You will automatically receive a receipt by email after each payment.
8) Recruiter platform
How do I create a recruiter account?
Go to the /recruiters/start page, fill in your company information, and submit. No credit card is required. Registration is free.
How long does it take to be validated?
Job listings go through AI moderation before publication. This is usually immediate.
How long is a job listing visible?
Each listing is published for 30 days.
Can I renew a free listing?
Yes. The free plan can be renewed each month at no cost.
What paid plans are available for job listings?
- Free — 30-day visibility, renewable each month
- Standard — boosted above free listings, company logo, stats, candidate notifications, refresh every 3 days
- Featured — fixed position at the top of all results, featured badge, homepage placement, advanced stats, refresh every 24 hours

Can I invite team members to my company account?
Yes. From your recruiter dashboard you can invite members by email and assign them a role (Admin, Recruiter, or Viewer).
Can I delete my company account?
Yes, but deletion requires review and confirmation by Jobportalix support. Once confirmed, it cannot be undone.
9) Notifications and newsletter
Can I manage my email preferences?
Yes. Go to your dashboard and open the Notifications section to manage your newsletter subscription.
Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Yes, either from your dashboard under Notifications or using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.
Will I receive payment receipts by email?
Yes. Stripe automatically sends payment receipts and invoices to your registered email address after each transaction.
10) Account and sign-in
Do I need an account?
To save your work, manage your dashboard, apply to jobs, or track applications, yes.
Can I sign up with Google?
Yes, Google sign-up/sign-in is available.
Can I sign up with LinkedIn?
Yes, LinkedIn sign-up/sign-in is available.
Why do I need to confirm my email?
Email confirmation is required to secure your account.
I did not receive the confirmation email. What should I do?
Check spam/promotions, verify your email address, and contact support if needed.
How do I reset my password?
Use "Forgot password" and you will receive a secure reset link by email.
Can I log out from the profile menu?
Yes, open your avatar dropdown and click "Log out".
11) User profile
Can I edit my personal information?
Yes. From the Profile page you can update name, phone, address, country, city, website, language, and theme.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can request account deletion from your profile settings. The request is reviewed before confirmation.
12) Dashboard and roles
Who can access the dashboard?
Only authenticated users.
Which roles exist?
User, Moderator, Admin, SuperAdmin.
Does the dashboard menu depend on role?
Yes. Each role only sees the sections it is allowed to access.
Who can assign roles?
Only the SuperAdmin can assign or change roles.
13) Security and data
Is my data protected?
Yes. Security mechanisms are in place including authentication, email confirmation, role checks, and HTTPS.
